It wasnt all sun, sand and sea really!
More like coffee shops, noisy old protons, hugging my econs notes and falling asleep, too much Mika for my own good, Mental sums, leaving my phone in my suitcase and bringing my scissors along with me!

An hour at the beach, Seawater on my denim, Bug-eyed sunnies ( but i like them!), Jumping around in the sand, Long Island iced teas, Gunners and Tequilas, No more sea shells! and freckles :)

I saw this rainbow on the way to dinner. it was a FULL rainbow and i saw the whole pretty sight against the setting sun but daddy was rushing because we were late for the reservation and i didnt get a good photo :(

Before my tasty seafood dinner ( where i tried many scrumptious new dishes e.g. rubbery shell things) i saw the RAINBOW! over the sea, from the horizon into the fluffy clouds while the sun was setting! romantic :) but lonely hearts know no romance, only trigger happy moments so i rushed out of the car with my handy dandy camera and TADA! the pictures does the true moment little justice though :(

I have this strange feeling Michele and I spend far too much time together. Hardly a day goes by without the two of us seeing each other.

In class, she mostly sleeps but thats still counted.
During training, she mostly talks and gives the WTH face when she thinks im ignoring her.
When we go shopping, she blames me for making her spend money and we both end up with too many choices and too little money.
Come movie time, we Grab each others hands at the scary parts and scream because our hands are cold.
Sometimes, (yes, only sometimes) when i'm whiny, she listens and threatens to kill me if i dont stop, when she's whiny i listen and threaten to kick her if she doesnt stop.
On days like today when we both dont feel like home/studying, we go out, waste time, eat and do silly things then laugh at each other/with each other.

Kim and i discovered multicoloured cheddar fish in the supermarket! they're so bright and cheery they just about made my night! ( aside from the fact that all the fabulous pretty friends were around!)

1. Maw is mad and occasionally isolates himself at the back of the class with his maths notes during math tutorials, apparently he is 'reflecting' ( on complex numbers?)

3. NewYork NewYork means big burgers, tasty fries, an (almost) endless supply of apple-ly cotton candy and the lovely friends to share all the food (and fats) : )

2006, say yesterday

2006 has been eventful to say the least. And i dared say i think i've change alittle, well after all it was the year of changes but deep down i think i've remained the same just a little more jaded, a little more optimistic, a little more frantic and a little more hopeful.

1.to the darling 11 of you, Sammie, val, Emily, Zhi Jun, milli, mandi, rachel, michelle, kim and yimei

-im glad you guys are still around to remind me of the good old days, im glad you guys relived the good old days, our botak dates, excursions to clarke quay, halloween parties, surprise/not so surprise birthdays, counting down to christmas, whining and being all grown up we still have a year to go and university and moving in together (remember our plan)and planning each other's wedding and stuff like that dont forget alright! and just in case you were wondering im not ashamed about missing you all this christmas. i miss you all dearly! lets go out soon : )




2. To the oh so lovely gymmers

Heres to all the trainings, the outings, the waiting in the canteen for nothing in particular, the jokes, the praticality/inpracticality, the rugby, feeling langbei in the quadrangle, all the CIP, Bubble tea, the outings and meal times and doing nothing at michele's house i think its going to leave a lasting impression for ever and ever. hahaha and im glad that it will, we have another year to go!



3. to my classmates, dear 1T35 (though i dont know if you'll ever read this)

for the girls ( Sam, Alicia, amanda, marian, emily)
- all the singing songs during/before/after lectures, forgetting about me, recess "diets", chocolate days, cultural trips/getting lost around singapore ( bugis, chinatown, haji lane, orchard road, and me and sam landed up in Lavender!), Racial Harmony day, sleepover PLANS, water cooler and toilet trips

For Victoria and grace
- you two really made me feel right at home, seriously. somehow, i dont know why, but it felt nice! sitting next to the two of you, even though i know i talk alot and make alot of noise : )

for alicia, nat and tiff
- nat, i like it when you sing : )
and tiffy i like it when you draw, but dont be too stressed okay! and alicia i think youre very cool and can jump very high and are very cute : ) hahaha

to TERRI TAN
- Night study would not have been possible without you and all your peach tea, mushrooms and funny incidents :) thankfully now youre there to take hwee in hand! hahah

- hello michele i love you : ) hahaha really! i think somewhere along the way fate threw us together because there cant be a more coincidental coincidence, 11 years and counting : ) and xiao ting your hand grabbing, random question asking, photo taking/posing, "ehh", auntie-ish hands makes things alittle more interesting in class, really : )

to the guys
- thanks for being there when it mattered though you guys certainly arent the most gentlemanly bunch (in front of us anyway) and mostly resemble something other than men ( bears, gayboys, pervert(esmond)) and are really very vain sometimes but school is all the more interesting with you guys around

-Nemo! i really miss indonesia hahah even petong (alittle) those 6 days would have been horrible without you 5 especially if i had no one to complain to about my bite filled legs, no one to insist that i eat something, no one to star gaze and take long walks down the kelong and no one to laugh at me or talk(gossip) with me when i just didnt feel like sleeping yet. And though i may not have said it then, but im saying it now. im really glad it was you 5 that i met because you girls are so interesting/funny/cool/friendly/spontaneous/merry/optimistic and there aint another 5 that would sing so many songs and take so many photos - ever
